Standard shipping will be provided by USPS, UPS and other carriers. Costs may vary depending on weight and size of package. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping.
Return Policy
will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN USED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS attached. CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Please note:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If you receive a damaged or defective item from www.doggiesafendry.com, immediately contact us within 5 days of receipt at doggiesafe@gmail.com or 207-799-8613. Indicate your reasons for return as “Damaged/Defective”. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit for the item purchased and the shipping charges associated with the return.
